Introduction

• Due to the manufacturing nature of ECOZEN, there are spread marks at the inlet.This is a normal and all products are the same. Whilethe inlet location mark maybe different for each tableware, it is not a defective productand you can use it with confidence.
• ECOZEN tablewares are strong against stains, hence they don’t discolour easily even if you put kimchi or curry on them.Instances where the tablewares are stained due to storing curry for long hours or heated in the microwave, please note that it will return to its original colour when dried in the sun after washing.
• While the product is generally durable and scratch-resistant, it is important to note that deep scratches caused by forks or pointed objects may raise hygienic concerns, in which case it is recommended to replace the item
• Deformation might occur if you boil it for a long time or leave it in the microwave for more than 1 minute.
• When using dishwasher, it is recommended to use at below 100C to prevent deformation (Hot air/UV Sterilisation UNSAFE)
• Please note that UV sterilisation is not recommended as it may change the nature of the product, shorten its lifespan, and discolour the tableware.
• When doing hot water sterilisation, do not soak it inside for long, sterilise it as if blanching. Itis recommended to boil water, turn off the heat, soak for 10-20 seconds, and then remove immediately.
